Welcome to AK Molds – the commercial brand of AK hand craft, a registered sole trader in Ireland.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are designed to keep our policies clear, fair, and in line with EU consumer protection laws.

1. Legal Information

Business Name (registered in Ireland): AK hand craft

Trading Brand: AK Molds (all molds and online sales are under this brand)

Business Structure: Sole trader, based in County Louth, Ireland

Please note that invoices, payment confirmations, and bank transactions will appear under AK hand craft, while products are marketed under the brand name AK Molds.

2. Products

All molds are handmade in Ireland using premium platinum-cure silicone (Food Grade and Craft Grade).

Each product description includes approximate size, weight, and usage recommendations.

As molds are handcrafted, small variations in color, weight, or finish may occur – this is part of the artisanal process and not considered a defect.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are accepted via our official website www.siliconemolds.ie.

Payments are processed securely via PayPal, Stripe, or card payments.

All payments are billed under AK hand craft.

AK Molds is not VAT registered, therefore VAT is not added at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped from County Louth, Ireland.

Estimated delivery times are listed on our Shipping & Returns page.

Buyers outside the EU are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or delays caused by customs inspections.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU law.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.

Custom-made molds, personalised items, and used food-contact molds cannot be returned.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Our molds are certified safe for their intended use (food-grade molds for food & skin contact; craft-grade molds for soap, resin, wax, and crafts).

We are not liable for misuse, damage caused by incorrect handling, or results outside the recommended applications.

7. Intellectual Property

All mold designs, master models, and product photos are the property of AK Molds (AK hand craft).

Copying, reproducing, or reselling our molds without written permission is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and EU consumer protection regulations.

In case of disputes, Irish courts shall have jurisdiction.
